Some engagement sessions are just effortless—and Brianne and Andy’s was pure magic. Captured at the ever-beautiful Community Arboretum at Virginia Western Community College, this light-filled, romantic session was bursting with love, laughter, and the kind of authentic connection that makes a photographer’s heart skip a beat.
From the very first frame, it was obvious: these two were made for each other. Their natural chemistry and easy joy made every moment feel candid, genuine, and totally them. Whether they were twirling under the trees or laughing together, Brianne and Andy made their engagement session feel like a dreamy date—with me tagging along to document it all.
We explored blooming gardens, gorgeous morning light, and quiet little corners that gave us the perfect mix of editorial elegance and authentic storytelling. Brianne looked radiant in her soft, stylish outfit (seriously, take notes future brides!), and Andy brought such a calm, grounding presence to every shot. They’ll be saying “I do” this May, and I am so excited to capture their wedding day—one that is sure to be filled with meaningful details, joyful tears, and moments centered around their love for each other and for the Lord. Brianne and Andy are planning a God-honoring wedding celebration, and I can already tell it’s going to be a heartfelt and unforgettable day.
